Featured Job Director, Faculty Affairs Development @ St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital The Director, Faculty Affairs Development serves as the key administrative contact for Faculty Affairs Development with responsibility for providing leadership for the operational, administrative, and ongoing development aspects of the office. Ensures a smooth and efficient pre-employment process and serves as the key partner with Chairs to facilitate the separation process. This position is responsible for the support and coordination of faculty meetings and special events and the St. Jude Standing Committees. Engages others in positive and efficient manner to meet all needs for Faculty Affairs and Development within the Institution. Oversees the Faculty Affairs Office and staff with responsibility for the budget for recruitment and relocation. Works collaboratively with Human Resources to ensure regulatory compliance standards are met.
